Pawtcha (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, home address
• Payment information, processed securely through Stripe (Pawtcha does not store your full card number)
• Pet details: name, species, breed, medical/dietary needs, care instructions
• Home access information you provide for care visits (e.g. lockbox codes, alarm codes)
• Information submitted through our Quick Quote form, even if you don’t become a client

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and provide pet care services, process payments, communicate with you about bookings, and — with your authorization — sync your contact information to our Google Contacts for scheduling and communication purposes.

Third-party services

We share information with the following third parties solely to operate our business:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Google, for Contacts and Calendar sync
• Our email service provider, for booking and account communications

We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third party.

Data retention

We retain client information indefinitely to maintain service history and comply with business recordkeeping needs, unless you request deletion.
